Murphy Builders will clean and repair existing roof surface and roof substrate. Existing roof covering will be primed and silicone applied with or without interply membrane material for new roof wrranty of five (5) to twenty (20) years. Manufacturers labor and material warranties available.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Murphy Builders has been involved in Florida construction for over 30 years. Starting out in 1986 as a Miami-Dade based painting contractor, specializing in commercial painting and restoration projects, and soon following added general construction licensure in order to participate in the rebuilding of South Dade which was devastated by hurricane Andrew. Relocated to the Palm Beaches in the mid-nineties, Murphy Builders took on a multitude of government projects and then following hurricanes Francis, Jean, and Wilma in ’04 and ‘05 began to focus on commercial roofing with a major emphasis on multi-family and condominium buildings. Today, in 2021, we are focused on the multi-family and condominium roof projects as well as a wide array of state and local government roof projects ranging from maintenance and repairs to full replacement.
